For U.S. Customers:

Orders are typically checked and packed within 5 business days. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email.
Delivery usually occurs within 7-15 business days after shipment, depending on the destination.

For International Customers:

Orders are typically checked and packed within 5 business days. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email.
Delivery usually takes 7-28 business days after shipment, depending on the destination.

Note:
Shipping rates for remote or less accessible countries will be calculated based on logistics and distance at checkout.

We cover all customs duties and fees for deliveries to the USA, Germany, France, UK, Canada, Italy, Australia, Spain, Israel, Mexico, New Zealand, and Hong Kong.
For other countries, customs, import duties, fees, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. These are paid directly to your local customs authorities.
We cannot be responsible for undelivered packages if the recipient refuses to pay customs duties or taxes.

We are unable to refund or replace packages that have been confirmed as delivered.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure to avoid delivery issues.
We are not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect, incomplete, or insecure address. Orders marked as undelivered due to address issues can only be reissued if returned to us and will incur a re-shipping fee.

In rare cases, you may need to pick up your package from your local post office. We cannot issue refunds for refused delivery or uncollected packages.
